I called them several times back in early October. They said they were too busy to come out until later Oct. No one showed up or called. Squirrels still in my attic. The lady who works there was very rude. Dan and his son we no responsive when I called them a few times on their person lines and left several messages. Going to take matters into my own hands and get a trap from Big R. Not to mention, I’m six months pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Organized and detail oriented company. Friendly and very informative staff. They always call to schedule every quarter and have turned our mice problem into almost nonexistent. We had them in our duct work!!! Yuck! They are always on time and efficient. We love that their bait is non chemical based, it is flour based and safe for the wildlife that visits. Wonderful service. Had bats in the belfry. Professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone. You will understand everything they are doing and why. They came, the worked and not a trace they were here.
Called for skunk removal and was told it would be about a week before they could come to perform the job. When you say you are open 24/7 to help then you should be able to do better then a week to help! I won't be using them ever!
