They came out 3 times to help with bug problem I had. Tim was super friendly sand knowledgeable about the products he was using in my house. Especially since I have animals.
They came the same day and I never saw the ground hornets since. They were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.
I was told that the technician was going to be at our apt between 1:00 &2:00 p.m. It is now 5:00 p.m. and no one has shown up and we’ve had no phone call telling us anything. Why is it that companies in service industries feel like it is perfectly appropriate to inconvenience customers to this extent?nnEdited to add.nThere was a mix up from the property manager...he sent them to the wrong property. Why the technician did not have our phone number is beyond me, but they are making it right.
Set up a 10 AM appointment. Last time they were early, so I showed up early. They did not arrive at 10. I called the office at 10:45 and got an answering machine. Waited 2 hours for them to show - never came. I told them earlier that week that I had to drive 2 hours to meet them. Wasted 7 hours of my life for a service that never happened. I gave two stars because their first visit was done well.
they've came three times in one year for bed bugs. they do not tent the building and heat it to 200°F. they are very unprofessional
