I want to like these guys because they're very nice but only when I actually get in touch with them. I called them during typical work hours, I live in Colorado Springs, and no travel agents were available. One called me back the next day, which is fine and good. Then after one other conversation I just can't get in touch anymore. I have called 6 times or more in the last 3 days (Mon-Wed) during work hours with no response or call back. Sorry, I just can't recommend a travel agency who doesn't communicate.
Many thanks to Cassie Ressler for her excellent help locating places for our family reunion. Cassie made finding the best, most appropriate, location a priority, and was also careful to note our budget considerations, too. She understands families and why they are important--which makes her a great assistant in planning a big event.
