Customer service is horrible and they don’t sanitize, just all around disgusting

I found this place about 1-2 years ago when we were looking for good sushi restaurants to eat at where we live. This was overall, the best sushi I've had in a while. But that was a while back. It's been over 9 months since I've been here, and I went for dinner about 6 hours ago, and I gotta say, still my top. The food is great, the server was nice, the service was quick and the music playing was, as usual, top notch. The only complaint I really have is the miso soup. To me it looks kinda odd, but it's still good either way. I still give this a 10/10, and I live a 10 minute WALK from a different sushi restaurant.
I didn't feel very welcomed here and even though the restaurant was empty, people would rather go hang out in the back and chat than be upfront with the customers it felt like.nnThe food was not very good as well. They mixed the spicy mayo with the eel sauce when they gave it to us as well which was weird to me. The food looked great! But it wasn't as great as it looked.
This used to be my favorite sushi place in town. However today I was 2-3 bites into the rolls I ordered and caught a pin bone in my throat to the point where I was spitting up blood. The most they would do is take 50% off my check regardless of the fact that the majority of the meal hadn't been eaten. Last time I'm coming here and I'm very sorry about that. Used to be great.
