I can't believe the way I treated at this establishment today. The young black girl helping was very polite but the manager all I can say is wow. It is unbelievable that Boston Market would have a manager this unprofessional. I ordered online and asked in the notes for extra gravy. I don't mine paying for it but there is no where online to pay for extra gravy. The manager was so rude when I went in and told me I needed to pay online. I tried to explain to her that I couldn't pay for it online and she was very rude to me. I will never come back to this location and will tell all my family and friends.

I've missed Boston Market for a long time. Finally got to go there again and it was even better than I remembered. Not only was the food really good but the staff was really friendly. Can't wait to go back again.

Just came back from my second, and last visit to Boston market Colorado Springs. My first visit was to order prime rib when I arrived at the restaurant, however they were out of prime rib. Took a few months but I decided to play it a bit smarter and ordered my prime rib well in advance of my pickup time of 4:30 PM. When I arrived at the restaurant, a 30 minute drive from my home, I was informed in spite of my call ahead order that they were out of prime rib. Talk about frustrating experience especially when they had my phone number that they could have called and let me know that they were out of the product-no such call. Staff was nice but I think others in the Colorado Springs community need to be aware of the reliability of product availability at Boston market - take your chances - not a good experience

Always fresh food. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. This location is very accommodating to veterans and active duty. The restaurant is extremely clean. You can kind of see the back of house from the front counter as you order and it looks equally clean and neat back there as well. This is a great place to pick up dinner or lunch for the family!

I ordered a half chicken meal, and it was the driest chicken I've ever eaten in my life. I had to throw the whole breast away as i couldn't even swallow it. If didn't buy a drink i would have choked! The time before that was kinda dry too, but nothing like that! For what you spend i don't think i want to take a chance again, im pretty disappointed..
