This used to be the best Vietnamese restaurant in Colorado Springs. I'm not sure what happened, other than COVID. If that's the reason, I'm ok with it. Here's my gripes...nnFirst, they quit offering Banh Mi on their delivery menus with DoorDash, GrubHub, and UberEats.nProblem with that is they gave no reason to not offer it and it was their best menu offering. I literally have a history on GrubHub of ordering the Banh Mi and the cheese wonton (see below) on 4 days in a week. It's that good.nnSecond is they changed their best appetizer, the cream cheese wonton. It used to be a custom made rectangular wonton filled with cheese and herbs and it was amazing. The best I ever had. Now it's just the frozen flower looking wonton you see at any Asian centric restaurant.nnI miss the old Saigon Springs. Please offer the Banh Mi again via delivery.

All I wanted were GOOD egg rolls, these were super small, hard and tasted like they were frozen and then cooked. Spent a lot for the order and should of just went to Panda Ex. My son and I were really disappointed and will not be back. Sorry guys.......

My new favorite spot for Vietnamese!nEverytime I order, everything is fresh and DELICIOUS. Always EXACTLY what I want. Staff are friendly and the menu is easy to understand! ud83cudf5c plus they stay open a little later than most. ud83dude0b

Well It has been a few monts since my last visit and it looks like another disappointment. First over a half hour wait for called ahead 4 bahn mi sandwiches. Then the cost a 3$ increase in the price per sandwich. I can completely understand cost increase but almost doubled. No thank you...
