staff was very nice and understanding! the wait time does vary sometimes, i’ve waited for around eight minutes before. but the employees are always very sweet and apologetic if the wait time is too long. great sense of humor as well. i really like this location.
Fries were good... Way too much sauce on the burger, might as well be eating a soup. Speedy service. Nice staff.
If I could give them a zero i would. I will be going tomorrow for my money back. What I got vs what it is supposed to look like. 1 piece of meat???? And no cheese? Your job is really not that hard. Don't ask me if I want to try it if you do not have it to make. Pathetic.
They need to reconsider who manages this shop. The staff was highly inefficient at their jobs. Ordered inside but they gave the food to a car in the drive through 15 minutes later we asked them where it was they had no idea, they didn't know what to do till we told them to remake the food. In a day of dying customer service this franchise needs to re-education their people!!!
Went through the drive-thru they had two people trying to take your order when you get up to pay for it they had a person who couldn't count change on a $7.72 ticket they wanted me to pay another $0.03 so all they had to do is pay me back a quarter when I gave her $0.02 to get that nickel that they would owe me she couldn't figure this out then to top it all off the food was cold The jalapeno peppers I ordered were still frozen in the center bad service bad management bad food
