I am so happy I read these reviews and gave them a call. What an amazing small business!!! I will recommend them to all my friends. Great communication from both Mike and Steve, precise and clean job with pressure valve replacement by Steve and Eddie, and all 3 of them have pleasant personalities. I appreciate Steve answering all my questions that were not related to the valve but were related to plumbing. I am a very happy customer. Thank you so very much!

They are so good! Installed a new gas line for us and while they were there took a look at our hot water heater that was having an issue at the moment. They did a quick fix for it, no additional charge! They could have easily told us we needed a new one but they were extremely honest and helpful.nnDefinitely trust them for any plumbing needs!

These gentlemen were very professional and prompt from start to finish. We had a water heater that needed to be replaced and they were able to provide excellent service right away! We just had another very positive experience with M.D. Service Plumbing. M.D. sent two of their professionals, Jeff and Eddie, to our home to help us with some ongoing plumbing issues. It was obvious these two men were very knowledgeable about plumbing and they knew exactly what to do without hesitation. They had the job done in far less time than we expected, and, they were also friendly and personable! You could tell they really cared about us and about doing what they could to help. We have now had three individuals from this company into our home, and they have all been spectacular. When we were trying to find someone with experience to help with our complex issues, we sought advice from a local plumbing supplier who deals with numerous plumbers and plumbing companies in our area. M.D. Service Plumbing was at the top of their list. We feel blessed to have had their recommendation. We are going to need further plumbing done over the next couple of months, and we will be calling M.D. again. We referred some good friends to this company for their plumbing needs after our initial positive experiences with Ken, and they just thanked us this morning and told us they were pleased with their work. We believe they were helped by Mick, one of the owners of the company. Anyway, we think you can't go wrong with M.D. Service Plumbing for anything related to plumbing.

I had to turn off the water to my house due to a shutoff valve on one of my toilets leaking. MD Plumbing answered immediately (I called at 5pm) and arrived at 5:45pm to my house. The job took 10mins to remove the compression fitting since they had the right tool and install a new shutoff valve (it did cost me $150). Overall, they did a great job to respond this quickly to a last minute issue that allowed me to turn water back on to my house without any leaks. I would definitely use their service again.
