Some of the employees are helpful, but others are very rude. Best results with women including money saving and courtesy. They usually have things ready when they should be, but you have to call because the text messaging service is hit or miss. The male employees tend to be short with me and a bit judgmental. I once almost got someone elses prescription because part of my last name was similar to whoever the other one was for. I get a controlled substance every month that is always a pain. They never have it ready when my doctor calls it in and if i ask when it will be ready they treat me like an addict. Amber is by far the most helpful. I hope that's the right name, she has beautiful blonde highlights and is a technician there.

They consistently do not fill prescriptions in a timely manner. I had surgery with two prescriptions to fill, one called in at 10am and the other at 1230pm. At 230 I called and they said 30 minutes. At 4 I called and they said 40 minutes. This was for pain management. This is not the first time this pharmacy has provided less than timely service.

I have been using this pharmacy for about a year now and things have declined since then. Every time I go, there is a line with only one employee working who always seems to take his sweet time. This last experience was the last straw for me. My doctor sent in my prescription on 3/3/20, it is 3/12/20 and my prescription is still NOT FILLED. I even went in on Monday asking where my prescription was and he said it would be ready the next day. It's been three days later and it is still not ready. I have been without me medication for going on two weeks now because this pharmacy. And don't try to call them either because you'll sit on hold for 5 minutes for someone to answer and ask you to hold for longer. I will be finding a new pharmacy that is out of my way because of how horrible this pharmacy is. Definitely do not recommend.

Will be moving my prescriptions to another ex. They are slow and will give you one time, but be two hours late. People plan their day around trying to get things done in a timely manner. If I were King soopers I would get motivated people back there that actually care about your business.
