I’m writing this review specifically to thank Conrad for his incredible customer service today.nTo put it simply, I had an issue with a product that was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I’ve been a loyal customer at this ER location for 3 years now, and days like today are the reason why.nI hope the owners understand what an asset they have in Conrad, and that he saved my transaction today.nThanks again man!

Okay so this is THE place to be with the most friendly people I've ever met in my life and the absolute BEST quality you can ever find in your life! They also have every product you could EVER need in your life and they are knowledgeable about their products! Shout out to Conrad, Monica and Brad who are amazing people thank you so much for being the best!

Went in there 5 days earlier with my ID the same way it is and all of a sudden it's not acceptable, mind you my ID has been like this for 2 months and nothing was ever said and I was let into the store. With all the money I've spent at this store and get treated like this, definitely won't be coming back.
