Very trashy looking mobile home park. You'd think they would have to meet higher standards considering it being practically the central area of the valley in spokane. But nope, it looks like they're less than one problem away from becoming the next skid row. The park i live in our in Mead Washington is not the greatest but we at least do what we're enabled to do to keep the appearance somewhat quaint. And we're on the outskirts of the town of spokane. Maybe someone needs to pick up a broom or better yet, go and find your nutsack. Reattach it and enforce the rules. Trash doesn't pick itself up, it only accumulates.
Pretty run down place. Scary looking even in daylight.
