Customer service is hard to find anywhere but the manager and all the staff got it! I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend

I had a guest that I found out was bad news. I was escorted off of the premises after paying for a week because he said I had parifinailia. It was his, as I don't do drugs. No questions asked, I was told to leave. I was charged for two nights and they gave him the hundred dollar deposit back. More than a lawsuit. This same person endorsed me a fraudulent check and ripped me off. Police department informed. Rodeway could have handled this in a much better manner and will be in my law suit. I was further charged fees that were not in my control. I was asked to leave under false allegations because of a con artist. I am a good honest person.

The rooms were clean but we made a reservation for 3 females and there was one towel, one washcloth and one hand towel and we were told they don't give out that many towels. The little coffee machine in both rooms were not only unplugged but also a major mission to get plugged in. But I did feel the rooms were clean

Let me start by saying we are truck driver and have been to many hotels all over the states and this by far was the worst one we have stayed at. First night there was a fire in the elevator we had to evacuate and stood outside for hours. Then everything in our room doesn’t work AC/heater, fridge, lights, shower. The sheets and blacker are covered in stains and it’s in a really bad neighborhood, but the worst of all is how we were treated by the staff. I have never be so disrespected by anyone. I was told that the fire was not his fault (which is true but they need to maintain their stuff) and that they could have not called the fire department and we could have burned. Then when I told him all the other problems he yelled at me and told me I’m more then welcome to leave. I recommend staying in your car over this hotel.
