Everyone was incredibly helpful! During this lovely chaotic time they're only doing appointments for services needed. If you do not want to leave frustrated, please make sure you have one, as well as everything you need before you go. I found it not only made my life easier going in, it allowed Amanda to flow through the process in a flash. The wait time was only about thirty minutes, and once to the counter, Amanda made everything flow smoothly, and I was walking out with my new plates in 10 minutes! The happiest I have ever left a DMV

They care very little about your time. Whoever is handling appointments needs to get it together. Even with an appointment waited over an hour past the appointment. Also, no way to wait outside and come in when called. More they could do if Safty really matters. Like publish the numbers online or outside so people could wait some where else.

With the virus, you need an appointment for some stuff. My appointment was at 12:20 and it is 1:00 PM and haven't been seen yet. You can get tags online if already registered. They are very nice but count on being here a long time.

Takes a long time to get in now with covid-19. However making an appointment is the only way to ensure you get in. I find that doing so you actually get in and out faster than ever before. At first I wasn't happy about the appointment as it took three weeks to get in, although now I think it is the only way to go you are in and out in 15 to 20 minutes tops
