The staff, particularly the driving instructors, were horrendously rude and impatient and inconsiderate and unprofessional. They are also so incredibly slow and inefficient in serving their customers. I showed up to my pre-scheduled appointment for my drive test early and wasn’t assisted until 40 minutes after the time my appointment was supposed to be. When we were called up to present our legal documents and such, the lady helping us out rushed us through it and was not at all nice about it. On top of that, when I finally went to take the test, the instructor was so incredibly condescending and talked to me like I had no clue what I was doing. I understand that we make mistakes when driving and some have negative consequences but the same instructor railed on me and screamed at me for fifteen minutes about the few mistakes that I made, again very condescending.nAll this on top of taking my test almost an hour late. Absolutely pathetic if you ask me. This place is truly a disgrace to customer service. Stay away from here at ALL costs.
Hung up after 90 minutes on hold
I went to go take my written test and I forgot my 2 forms of proofs of addresses and had to come back. The lady helping me really took care of me today. She let me come back without waiting in line the second time and helped me out when I forgot my check.....again. Amazing customer service.
Finding out how to get my SINGAPORE driving license conversion. Had a pleasant experience and met a helpful advisor who provided the needful information about the process.nI have to do a 25 question written test and a practical test before I can get my CO license.
No one likes the DMV, that's fine. But I had to take a driver re-test, and everyone i interacted with was so kind and patient. Thank you so much, awesome ladies of this DMV.
