The staff was really nice and very helpful. They aren't doing things by number during lunch time so we just had to wait in line even though we had an appointment which was a little disappointing. We had to stand in line for about 30 minutes before we were allowed to check in and then sit in a chair.... There are a lot of adjustments for Corona virus so we understand that, just wish we would have known this before coming and then we would have checked in earlier because my experience from another DMV to get my licence renewed gave me an appointment time and I was seen very quickly.
They are closed 10-5-2020 for some new holiday. The website says it's open. Calling them results in a hangup with no mention of it being closed.nThe worst part; I made an appointment 2 months ago for this. So why did they say it's ok if they know full well it will be closed??nThis is why everyone arrives already angry. They don't get angry at the DMV, they arrive that way.nThey pull this kind of nonsense and now what? When I call tomorrow I'm sure it won't help.nnEdit: they did make this right, as best they could after the fact. I got a call from a manager asking me to come back when they opened next and I could go right through.
I was here today and I was here once 10 years ago. It hasn't changed a bit... Except they have an appointment system now. Getting an appointment got me in and out within 45 minutes. Hopefully you don't have to come here very often, but when you do, it's not terrible.
I was discriminated against, I will be giving names to the supervisor. The women with the overly long nails that opens the door in the morning likes to power trip. Nobody like that should be working a government job.
Too many times we voice our bad experiences at the dmv. I'm here to put one up for the good ones.nI had an 8 am appointment. Showed up early because of past bad experiences. Ended up getting out of the building before my appointment time. Staff was very coordinated and pleasant. Thank you.
