My wife and I went in really trying to see what was available. We walked out with a new set of kitchen appliances. Ashton was great, very knowledgeable and patient as we asked lots of questions and changed our mind several times. There prices were incredible, even after we started seeing other stores and what they were charging for similar products. They have a great in store stock to select from along with their delivery option of having everything installed. Thank you so much!

This is what an appliance store should be! We needed a second fridge for storage and are SO glad we wheeled into AO instead of a big box. Love the business model. Dealt with Chris, the owner/manager, browsed the great selection, and had a unit bought and delivery set up in 15 minutes. Delivery team great and efficient. I like seeing what creative, customer service oriented entrepreneurs can achieve. Easy access, easy process. Buy local!

Visited on a Sunday a few hours from closing shopping for all appliances for our new home build. Kristi gave us top notch service, was kind, friendly and accommodating of our large family and patiently answered all of our questions With great knowledge and insight and made excellent recommendations. As it was our first stop in our research/shopping we continued onto a big box store and after finding that Inventory on the pieces we wanted was so limited we hurried back and purchased from Kristi at AO. We highly recommend this reputable company!

We purchased a dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove from Chris at Appliance Outlet. We wanted to have the appliances purchased and have them delivered once our kitchen remodel was ready. We notified Chris we were ready and scheduled a delivery day. The delivery day was Monday and we received a phone call Saturday afternoon. Saturday was day 58. Our dishwasher wasn’t at the store. I was a surprised to hear this, but Chris upgraded us to a Bosch. We wanted a matching set, but we agreed on the Bosch. Delivery on Monday went great. Professional and courteous team. Saturday morning only five days from delivery I was preheating the oven. The inner glass popped and cracked. Great, this was the second time trying the oven. Notified Chris and he seemed like he was going to take care of us. Seven day return policy is only if you don’t use the stove. How does something break if you don’t use it? What kind of return policy is that? The stove broke on October 31st and it was repaired on November 25th. The repair happened only because I called LG myself. I know Chris tried calling and he’s a nice guy. I know if I would have bought this from a big box store like Lowe’s or Home Depot they would have replaced the stove. The staff at Appliance Outlet are awesome, it’s the sad return policy I don’t like. Seven days if you don’t use the appliance. I understand you didn’t make the product, but you should stand behind the products you sell. I shouldn’t have to wait a month to use my new stove.

Are you tired of dealing with the rudeness of employees at big chain stores or calling the appliance department to just have the phone ring and ring to be greeted as if you interrupted their day?! Yes? So was I! I purchased a GE dishwasher from Lowes when I was in colorado springs visiting family to get it home and have it leak from the bottom right corner also completely derail EVERYTIME Id open it! Thank heavens the only good thing about lowes was 30 day money back guarantee. Before bringing the GE dishwasher back I did a lot of research which lead me to a Bosch next was finding who carried them and could help me pick out the model. I swear I called every appliance store in Colorado Springs! Appliance Outlet was the last place I called on my list and I just about had it with rude customer service when Keith had answered the phone I was so relieved to finally have outstanding customer service. Keith and I talked about a few different options when it came to a Bosch. I had expressed that I was not local and my round trip is 6 hours with an infant and toddler. He strongly encouraged me to call the evening before to make sure they still had the product in stock. I ended up getting to town a day earlier than planned and headed straight over there with only about 10 minutes before they closed. Again customer service still at 100%! When we got there the door was held open for us and we were escorted to the dishwashers. Torn between two different dishwashers I choose a 300 series which I wasnt to fond of and as they are getting it wrapped up, I changed my mind because I didn't want to get all the way back home again and not like my dishwasher for the 2nd time. I ended up purchasing a Bosch 800 series. The gentleman helping us (sorry i can't remeber his name) was fantastic, never once did his customer service change, he never pushed for anything that I didn't want and was just great to deal with! Not to mention the young gal who my toddler harassed. I dont know if they truly had a conversation but I had to peel her away from the young gals desk when it was time to leave. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for appliances! Top notch service and I absolutely love my dishwasher!
