Vacuum Cleaner Warehouse

Came here to buy a new vacuum and trade-in my old Hoover Wind tunnel. Keith was friendly and helpful, and wasn't pushy at all. I felt like he really listened to me when I described what I was looking for in a vacuum, and honored my budget/price range. He showed me the models they carried that were affordable for me, and told me the pros and cons of each, and how long he thought they would last, with proper care. I then went to another discount vacuum store in town to compare, and they were much pushier, trying to sell me vacuums easily twice my price point and when I mentioned my budget, they had one of the same vacuums as VCW, but for ~ $100 more. I ended coming back to Vacuum Cleaner Warehouse and purchased a great new vacuum, very competitively priced. Keith even extended the in house warranty for that model to 2 years instead of 1, and gave me a box of HEPA filters for free! So much better than going to a Big Box store! They have earned my repeat business and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to repair or replace a vacuum! ud83dude42

Owner explained the difference between our Dyson and the models he sells. Friendly, no pressure, and easy to understand. Gave us a great deal on a refurbished Riccar by crediting back the cleaning fee for our old vacuum and giving us credit to trade it in. Our new vacuum is absolutely amazing! This machine is a beast!! Great place and great people for vacuum fixes or parts

Very happy I stopped in today! I came in to have them check out my handheld vacuum. Turns out it was a simple clog from dryer lint, and he (I'm assuming the owner) didn't charge me! I was going to be on my way to Target to look for a new upright vacuum, because mine was cheap & I had to bring it in for repairs all the time when I lived back east. So since I was already there, he showed me the best option for what I was looking for, which was something that I could easily take apart on my own to clear out the trapped hair.nnAfter some research on the brand (Riccar) from the parking lot, I went right back in and asked if he could tell me a little more. He took the time to show me exactly how to use it, keep up with it, etc. and explained the awesome three year warranty that the shop services themselves. Free cleaning & tune-ups every 6 months! He answered all of my questions and was clearly genuine in wanting to sell me the best product for what I was looking for, without trying to convince me to spend more. I bought the vacuum and I'm already super happy with it after trying it out at home. He even threw in a free bag of the vacuum bags which was above & beyond service. I also love that the owners of this shop are supporters of the military & even offer a 10% discount! I love supporting small businesses like this and I highly recommend you do the same here, as you won't be disappointed.
