This place is the worst kind of insurance company. One of their clients rear-ended me and It took them a whole week just to get me a claim number. It's now been over 20 days and nobody will answer the phone or call me back. I can't drive to work and it's fall now so biking is getting hard, but all they care about is keeping their money.
