I was recommended this insurance company by a friend of mine. After dealing with the owner of the company, I realized that I found professional and caring people who want to do their best to help someone out, no matter what the circumstances are. I enjoyed working with the entire team. I use the company for my residential and business needs. I highly recommend this office, very professional and caring staff. Love that Kendra started from the bottom to get to the top. She has an edge above others because she understands how hard the girls in the office work, she's been one of them. Value, pride and honesty...who doesn't need that?

Working with her mother, Joan Collins, and now Kendra has been a pleasure. They have been great about getting the best value out of my insurance needs, They have always been there when I have had questions concerning a policy. Fortunately, I have not had to file a claim with them, so cannot speak directly, but have known others that have and the have spoken highly of the process. I highly recommend them for any insurance needs.

Insurance is a necessary evil. It is a business. It has the right to make a profit. Cheap insurance is not necessarily a good buy. That said, Farmer's is not cheap insurance. Insurance companies compete on the same turf and with the same statistics. The difference between companies is in how they treat you, and who you're dealing with. I'm happy with Kendra / Joan who helped with an uninsured driver claim when the at-fault driver lied about his information and skipped town. It took time to resolve. Kendra was supportive and helpful. I awarded 4 stars because the final control was in the hands of the adjuster, who works exclusively for the company, not necessarily for you. Working with a good insurance agency, one who is willing to help, can mitigate a lot of stress.
