Senske Services

Have used Senske for over 20 years. Until this summer, we received email notices of upcoming applications, which we appreciated. Recently, we no longer received those notices. We called their office and asked why this happened. They had no answer, but ensured we would get the advance notice. Well, for the fourth time today, a technician showed up with no email notice to us. This is poor customer service. We will consider switching to Living Waters next year.

9/27/2020- 7:37am a man is yelling outside my window on my property, then he starts running noisy machinery... it’s a Senske guy doing work on my neighbors yard. Why are you in my car port? Why are you yelling to someone across the street from outside my window? How is it appropriate to do any of this before 8 am?nn10/8/2020- 7:58am my phone rings and wakes me up... 1 min later my door bell rings. It’s another Senske guy. Now he’s here to blow my sprinklers yet I don’t have an appointment. Is it necessary to cold call so early. I mean come on Senske have some professionalism.

Senske is a very professional and dependable service. They are always on time and very easy to communicate with. They take care of our lawn, trees and pest control. If we ever need a follow up on anything they are right here to take care of our needs and make sure we are happy with our services. Highly recommend them. All of their people are friendly and care about the job they do. Thank you very much.

My technicians name is Brian, here in Spokane. He is ever so patient when I barrage him with all my questions, walks the yard and explains all the issues I have, and is so very knowledgeable. I feel very confident in his abilities to manage and maintain my yard thru all the seasons. I would highly recommend him.

While I haven't personally hired these people, I have had to deal with them.nThey service our neighbor's property, and do a good job with it. They come up every Tuesday around noon. In and out quick.nI have a surveillance system installed on my house.nI have one of their employees walking onto my property after their job is complete and swinging my gate open.nWhile this may not seem like a big deal, I could have had one of my dogs get out and get hurt.nnMy question is, why are their employees coming onto my property and opening gates? Would you trust a company who would hire someone who goes around swinging gates open on their way out? I wouldnt.
