Today, my bridesmaids and I needed to do some dress shopping and this store did not disappoint. The two who run the store, man and woman, did an incredible job getting me and my girls into a dress. I wish I would have caught their names, so unfortunately they will be named man and woman in my review. The nice woman was great at what she did and and no question, she knows her dresses!! Within an hour and a half, probably less honestly, me and three of my members were already checking out and were happy every moment we were there. Then when I came back later in the day to purchase another dress with a different bridesmaid and with a quick measurement, that bridesmaids was also ready to checkout and happier than ever! The patience in the woman who runs this store is incredible because.... I came back, again, that day to purchase two more dresses. Not once did they make me feel like I was irritating them or look annoyed, they were happy to help every step of the way. This business deserves some support, they are doing a wonderful job!!! 7 dresses today and not once did we have a hickup or a problem! This took so much stress off my chest today and made it a perfect dress hunting day! Thank you soo much!!

The lady working there wouldn't even let me try on any of the dresses I liked, instead she measured my waist infromt of the whole store and pretty much said I was too fat to wear any of them

I would give this place no stars if possible. My experience was a few years ago but needs to be shared. I had an appointment. I was excited because it was my first time wedding dress shopping. When we got there the sales lady was unwelcoming and just pointed to the wall of dresses and said just look around then disappeared. When she finally came back she I found a few dresses (without her help) she took me to the dressing rooms and didn't help me with the dress. When I came out to show my family and she was helping a young girl without an appointment, taking up the mirror and just leaving me to guess what my dress looked like. I went back to try on a second dress and again got no help. The little girl without an appointment had taken over my wedding dress appointment. The absolute WORST shopping experience ever, especially since it was my very first bridal shopping experience!!! I don't know why I was treated so poorly but I ended up buying a beautiful dress for $1000 at Bridal Elegance where I didn't even have an appointment but they treated me and my family so well that my sister also got her wedding dress there too. This store lost out on loyal customers. I will never again set foot in this store.

Overpriced Dresses: I am looking for a dress for my daughter. She tried one on that was off the wall. I didn't look at the price until she was in the dressing room. All of the sequence are lose......then the price tag said $345.60. If I am going to pay that price the dress should not be falling apart.
