Went to buy a car from Courtesy Motors and the price was a little steep, but went ahead and bought it anyway. A few days come along and the touchscreen began not working properly. Took it in to have a backup camera installed, only to find out that the auction place they received the vehicle from had mice in the car and had mouse urine and fecal matter all over the trunk, under the seats and in my glove box. There’s no telling if we're breathing it in because it might have gotten into the HVAC yet.nnCalled these guys (Bruce and the owner) to rectify the issue, at first Bruce seemed genuine, friendly and to wanted to help. A few days later and they were not very helpful or willing to do anything to help. Said that I test drove it and should have brought it right back to them, like I'm going to take the seats out and check during my test drive. Couldn't have known that until the time I actually did know.nnNow, I'm either going to have to resell it and take a huge loss on it or put even more money into it just to repair and sanitise it. Either way, I'll be out several thousand because they sold me a car with unhealthy materials inside. I recommend you go elsewhere, because most of their vehicles come from dirt lot auction places south of the Springs and they do have field mice, and they do get into vehicles.

I have been meaning to post this review for awhile. The people at courtesy motors are AMAZING!. I had wrecked my car this past July and was searching for a new one. After all the dealerships I went through this was the ONLY place that had exactly what I needed for an excellent price. I could not believe how easy the process. I did noticed a few minor cosmetic errors with the vehicle and they immediately jumped in it to get it fixed. When I went to pick up the vehicle and sign the paperwork they already had the temp tags on and paperwork ready. I was literally only there for less than half an hour. Out of all the vehicles I bought in the past, this was down right the easiest, fastest and most pleasurable process! I highly recommend them! Me and the kiddos love our Yukon!
