I’ve bought two bikes from Rocky Mountain in the last few months. These people treat you like family and are amazing to work with. I love my KLX and my little girl will love her PW 50 that we got for Christmas. Go see Mike or any of the team at Rocky Mountain and they will take great care of you! Went in to have oil changed, brakes bled and fork seals done. Oils change and fork seals went fine. But had lost brakes after a couple days of riding after receiving bike back from there mechanic. Took to another shop and had to pay again to have front done properly. They showed me what appeared to be dirt in the brake fluid reservoir they just changed (I have pics). Then continue to tell me there was a recall for my front* brake master cylinder that Rocky Mountain cycle Plaza wasn’t aware of so money down the drain for the brake bleeds... I have Receipts showing I had to have the brake work redone a few weeks after I got the bike back from them. I can’t recommend based on this.nnResponse to owner, Should of wrote my review sooner. it still happened and I have no intentions of coming back in after being sent out with failing front BRAKES and NO rear with dirt in my brake fluid reservoir which you didn’t mention in your response!? By the way the next shop brought both brakes back with a proper bleeding. (Still even this Aprilia shop didn’t inform about the about the front master recall and got me to pay 120$ for it ud83eudd26‍♂ufe0f) damn repair shops. Two ⭐ufe0f other work did go well.
