I purchased a new travel trailer from Cousin's. I was treated professionally by their friendly staff. The price was fair, negotiations quick and easy, no crazy fees, and no pressure to buy extended warranties.nnKen my tech took me through the rig and explained everything on the trailer. The trailer was clean and well prepared. I purchased a couple items in the parts department and again had knowledgeable and friendly staff.nnThis was one of the best experiences I have had at an RV dealer.

We are nationally certified Level 2 RV inspectors and have worked with the folks at Cousins RV in Colorado Springs on several occasions to perform independent third-party RV inspections on both new and used RVs.nnThe sales and service departments work together to make sure everything is set up and ready to go for our inspections when we arrive. If something is not there, they ensure it is taken care of.nnEach time we’ve performed inspections here, they have been very professional and accommodating, allowing us the time we need to complete a thorough inspection of the RVs. On our most recent inspection, RV tech Brian was nearby and repaired almost every issue we found before we completed our inspection. Appreciate the opportunity to partner with Cousins RV, to ensure our mutual clients have an excellent RV experience.

We bought our very first RV from them a few weeks ago. When we went to pick it up, the RV had a few cosmetic issues with it. They fixed all the items they could and made sure all other issues would be fixed as soon as they could get the parts in. Ty called just the other day to update us on the status of the parts - everything should be in and fixed by next week! Thank you so much for helping us and making this leap as smooth as possible!! We love our Kodiak Cub!! We can’t thank Ty and his team enough for listening to all of our concerns and making sure everything was as squared away as possible! We highly recommend Cousins RV in Colorado Springs! Absolutely worth the drive!!

Absolutely the best I the best in the business!nnThe sales was transparent and delivered a great deal. The entire staff is friendly and always willing to help, answer questions, and make sure we enjoy our camper. We love our Grand Design Imagine bunkhouse.nnTo prospective customers: Cousin’s RV is in high demand, have patience, they in turn will reward you. I am new to campers and they have ensured I enjoy the experience.

This was our first rv purchase and after shopping the competition for over a year, we knew what we wanted and knew the dealership we wanted to work with.nOur salesperson Josiah was top notch and very professional and worked his butt off for us. Aaron in finance made the whole scenario easy. Pat the service tech was very thorough during the pdi walk through.nThese 3 gentlemen made the purchase of our new Imagine travel trailer very easy and without any stress whatsoever.nWe are very happy with our purchase and how we were treated.n5 stars!
