SO slow. painfully slownthe computers are from the stone age, which in return gets the worker to work with multiple customers. which results the worker isn't ready when the computer is ready, thus waiting even longer.nnoh, you checked in online? that's awesome. now your processing takes about 15 minutes instead of 30. buttttt you still have to wait in line.

-1 Star For the most Unethical Mistreatment of it's employees, if your not lucky enough to be one the following situations, you will be demoted terminated or mistreated by and used and disposed of like the Garbage that runs Colorado Springs U-Haul Mr.David Hellmers. So, Being Related to Hellmers, was a former friend of Hellmers, Hellmers best friends, Hellmers best friends girl friend, oh and the nice looking waitress from his local bar hangouts. Unless these categories match you, DON'T APPLY! Hellmers friends and family oh and thet pretty lady are being hired on at upwards of $20.00+ with no Uhaul experience, surpassing people who been loyal for 5-10 years slaving away at bare bones minimum wages. There's Something wrong when a Petty lady starts out @18.50 an hour, making more than a general manager working 60 -75 house a week. With years of experience. Hellmers greed and horrible Mistreatment of Hard working Americans is being tolerated by billionaire Joe Shone CEO Of Uhaul. I Highly doubt that's how this company grew to be this huge. The founder of this company Would be appolled probably vomiting Everytime the name Hellmers is spoken...

The express checkout doesnt get you anything special. I scheduled everything ahead of time, and still had to wait in line for 30 minutes, just to sit at the counter for 15 minutes before I could finally get my trailer paperwork and get everything inspected and leave. It took over an hour to checkout completely from this location, which is completely outrageous. I use uhaul a lot, but they do nothing to expedite customers who have done everything ahead of time.
