Horrible I’ve not been able to reach a human for 2 weeks about re issuing me new cards since they got sent back

I came here to possibly switch over my business accounts to them. I had to come to this branch since it was only 1 of 2 chase bank’s with an open lobby due to covid. Extremely horrible customer service. After 3 trips to a chase bank with an appointment, I still couldn’t even begin the process. No apologies and zero accommodation. Someone in front of me in line was even complaining about being on the phone for 4 hours yesterday and still didn’t get her problem resolved with her business account. Yeah, avoid this bank like the plague (or like covid).
Meh it's ok I went hear because my normal branch is closed I went in I talked to the teller they immediately got the manager for my problem and the manager just told me to call a number. No duh you dont think I already tried that. I than called number again and finally after like 30 minutes resolved the prob.
A line of people. Two tellers. One teller quietly working amongst herself not helping anyone while the gentleman next to her is running his tail off. If she helped someone the line might have gone faster.
