I came here with a strange request to buy some two dollar bills. The teller was helpful and courteous. A great experience
So far, aside from a very confusing alert a while about, not too bad. I just wished they were open this week. They have shields between the telllers and the public and they can do appointments to keep the social distancing rules...It's not easy for me to travel.
Told I needed to wait for 3 hours before a banker would be able to see me despite none of the bankers helping anyone at the time I walked in. The only reason I’m even having to come back is because the banker who originally helped me open my account 2 weeks ago didn’t merge my new account with my old teen account. I don’t think this is a reflection of wells fargo entirely, but this branch is horribly unprofessional. I would avoid if you can unless you want to spend weeks completing a simple task.
Nine times out of 10 I have a great experience the only time that I feel like it’s frustrating is when there’s a line and I see other employees standing around that could help regardless of their title I feel like they should all be able to help people just like the tellers other than that good service
I use this bank 5-6 times a month. The people there is extremely friendly and great to get a long with. We have a lot of fun each time I walk in there. I just cannot understand any negative comments about this bank and the great people who work there!
