Here is an example of the kind of people at ANB Bank. An elderly man's car needed a jumpstart in the drive thru this morning. While cars continued through the other line and without hesitation, several bank tellers rallied around him to help!
Danielle and Patrick are the kind of example all financial institutions should strive for. Patience, understanding and knowledge prove they really care about their jobs, bank and little ol me!
The staff at ANB were extremely helpful in walking me through the documents to refinance my auto loan. They were friendly, patient, and knowledgable!
Okay I have to say I recently switched banks because I was so unhappy with the way I was being treated at my old bank for the last 8 months.nnI have only had this bank for about a month now, but Larissa made the transition so smooth and wonderful for us and she remembers me every time I come through the window. It feels great to be appreciated and remembered when we come through the drive through, we love her!
I initially had a rough time dealing with a few things going on with my account but thankfully ANB bank did take care of me. They we very courteous Customer service and help me resolve all my issues.
