Beware and avoid, basically a scam overcharge clinic.nnSelected this place from the Cigna site as a general practitioner (GP) location October 2020 and was randomly assigned Dr. Silkworth for an annual physical, which was covered for free annually under my insurance (a wellness check).nnWent in and the staff seemed fine, pretty normal COVID environment.nnDuring the visit Dr. Silkworth proceeded to ask me a handful of history related questions and proceeded to NOT perform a physical. He said that because I needed to be checked in he couldn't perform one, and I needed to schedule another appointment to have one done. Really? After entering my information and asking questions for about 15 min, he got the nurse to do a flu shot, which I agreed to, then led me surprised out the door.nnWeeks later, I received a bill in the mail for $512.00 dollars. Yes $512.00. I called the clinic, mind blown, and they proceeded to say that this was their cost for check in, and the physical was manually re-coded by the doctor for a new check in. I asked in what world they could justify charging $512 for a less than 30 min visit, and they said that this was the going rate for a doctors time, like if you hired a nice lawyer or accountant. Seriously? Apparently we've gone from 2020 to 1984. They stated that if the doctor had actually DONE a physical the cost would've been more, probably over $1000! And this is WITH insurance! They would've very nearly capped my deductible with 1 freaking visit! I asked them to reconsider the cost and the phone and in-person people basically told me to kick rocks and that they wouldn't change the price, so I'm stuck with a $512 bill, no physical and needing to find a NEW GP. They also told me it was my own fault for not researching their costs and asking them how much each visit, procedure, etc. would cost. Shame on me I guess?nnI reported all this to state and federal medical boards for audit but I suspect they know that literally no one will follow up on predatory overcharging practices during COVID because they're so busy. Long story short, avoid this place, hopefully it will save you a ton of money and weeks of time you could have spent doing something else!

Amazing staff. I’ve worked in healthcare for many years and can tell when someone is good, and someone is great. These folks are beyond great. The pharmacists and techs are top-notch and are incredibly patient-centered. They help manage insurance issues with expertise. They remember who I am and greet me by name before I finish closing the door into the pharmacy. 10/10, this is the only pharmacy I’ll go to from now on!

In this hospital the workers according to my experience, do not have a sense of belonging and care to humanity, if I could give it less than zero stars, I would. I have cervical cancer, call to make an appointment with a specialist gynecologist; The first time they refuse to give me the appointment after ask many questions, the second time My husband call and for some reason perhaps because my Husband is American and doesn't have a Hispanic accent like Me they with out question o problem schedule the appointment for May 08. With a week to go before my appointment, they call me to say that they have rescheduled it for June 19, regardless of my condition, and not giving me the option to decid neder the time or date, I tell the lady that called me that I needed this appointment ASAP and the only thing she do was telling me that If I didn't like it I need to looked for another hospital and hung up the phone.
