Been using the Safeway pharmacy at 14th & Krameria for 10+ years. Always professional, respectful and friendly. Marie is wonderful to work with. The pharmacists understand the high cost of healthcare and have suggested methods of reducing out-of-pocket costs. Highly recommend.

All the pharmacists here are very caring, thorough and kind. Alex, the pharmacy manager, has gone out of his way a number of times to ensure I could get my necessary meds in a timely fashion, and properly covered by insurance.

Attempted to use there pick-up service. Absolute nightmare, arrived at 7 p.m. to pick up and order scheduled for 7-8 pm. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my groceries. Items were not as shown on website, zero communication on wait time, unable to reach anyone on the phone at 877 number or local store number. Only 3 parking spaces for 7 plus cars trying to pick up at the same time.nnIf you are ordering groceries for pick-up seriously shop anywhere else, but here. The most stressful experience ever.

I've always had excellent service here. Unfortunately though, some patrons don't behave well. I once stood behind a man who was told to step back and give privacy to the patient in front of him and then proceeded to treat the pharmacist rudely. Perhaps if you've had a bad experience you should review your own behavior before blasting people who are doing a great job.
