Extremely rude “customer service” woman. Not helpful at all. Don’t even waste your time with these people. There are plenty of better local options who would be HAPPY to take your business!
Brothers Flooring came out to give us an estimate on having our Hickory flooring refinished. They were prompt and the quote was reasonable. We scheduled to get the work done pretty quickly, they came out and they were very timely and courteous during the 3 day job. The final product is truly outstanding, they literally look better than when they were brand new!! I would recommend Brothers Flooring to anyone that is considering getting their hardwood floors refinished.
