My wife and I were looking around the store aimlessly looking at flooring. There is a huge selection to chose from and Shawn Abraham helped us determine what flooring best fit our needs. We were impressed with his product knowledge and ability to find the flooring that best fit our needs. It was a sigh of relief to find someone with his lever of expertise.
Zach was so helpful. He helped me figure out amounts of products I needed and made sure I purchased the correct supplies. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He made this project LESS stressful. Truly a pleasure to work with. We will be back. And we will ask for Zach.
After a recent trip to another location that was a bad experience, my husband and I felt excited and happy with the customer service we received here, the patience if the staff and overall friendly atmosphere.

Had never been to Floor and Decor before I was blown away at all the tile choices. My wife and I tried to make choices but it was impossible to make a choice on what we wanted or even agree. In steps, Makeena Lucy to help. She is a Rockstar! If you go to Floor and Décor on 40th, ask for her and it will make the entire process much smoother. Makenna Lucy is wonderful at taking your idea and bringing it to life with the tile choices. We made three trips out to Floor and Décor and she assisted with each trip. She went the extra mile in helping us with the tile choices and also all the little extras that go along with putting in a new shower.nIt would be worth your while to ask for Makeena if you happen to stop by. She is very nice and has a keen eye on color choices. She did not let us down and I’m sure she will treat you the same.
