One of the pharmacists handled and packaged drugs without wearing gloves or a face covering for nearly 20 minutes while I watched and waited for them to process my prescriptions. Unsanitary and unprofessional.
Horrible customer service! Was trying to pick-up Western Union so went to the kiosk, entered in info, then said to proceed to cashier. When I went to cashier they said they're not doing Western Union. They said there was a sign but I did not see one and if there was, why would it not be directly on the kiosk? The Walgreens employee said it would still let us pick up anywhere, did not even offer to check to see if the order was still active, which is was not. I'm now having to wait hours to receive the Western Union all because they couldn't put a sign ON the Western Union to say it wasn't working.
I will never go to another Walgreens again cuz of the Asian pharmacist that’s works there
Ashleigh is the best employee there she has always helped me. She provides the best customer service I have ever seen. I go there just because of her good customer service, because believe me there's a ton of walgreens.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID testing! They have taken 5 days and still haven't given me results called labcorp and they told me to call them for immediate results too which they told me call Labcorp back this place should be investigated by the CDC.
