Avalon is just the best when it comes to service. They are always so nice and very professional. I’ve been bringing my Mini there for a few years mainly for maintenance but would not hesitate to have them do major work if needed. It’s simply an easy and pleasant experience. This is the best shop you can take your car to. I completely trust my car is in the best hands with Brian and his team. Customer service and communication are better than anywhere I’ve ever been to, the work performed was outstanding and prices were fair. 5 star service in every category. I Absolutely recommend Avalon.
The team was very responsive and professional. My only complaint is that they didn't inform me that the waiting room was closed and I brought my work laptop thinking I would work from there. Obviously this is not their fault, it's COVID's but would have been nice to know. I also wish that they had some sort of car wash service. Their technology is amazing with real time updates and the technician called me personally to go over every part of the inspection. Really great service!

I was prepared to pay an arm and leg, and my first born, but they were honest about what was wrong, and didn’t even charge me the diagnostic fee. I’m very happy with this service, and will be using them for all my Porsche needs going forward.
