Extremely busy drive-thru at times
Have gone through commercial inside and outside of the bank. Not many issues short changed a little here and given to much money there. Straps incomplete for change order. Nothing that can't be fixed. No problems filling my change order until Saturdays once in a whiel when Juan works. Vault closes at 11 or 12 per Juan telling me it is even though the bank is open till 1on Saturdays. How is that convenient to any of your customers? I'm sure all of your tellers want to be out at a certain time, but your bank is open till 1:00, and should be able to service all your customers right down to the last one. Juan has a very poor attitude and needs some proper training in customer service.
This location is always packed and full of people. I went in for a cashiers check at 12noon and there was already a long line. There are about 8 teller windows available, but only about 5 working tellers available. The teller who helped me that day was very nice, attentive and friendly. I gave this location three stars since the line was long and it was so early in the day.nThe bank itself is very dimly lit, maybe they can brighten it up? A new coat of paint? A open up the blinds? idk just some thoughts.
