Worst restaurant in town; took an hour to get pastas.
Great service. Very customer oriented. Food was very tasty. 4 stars because appetizer was ordered 1st and came after the entree did. 4 stars because They didn't even acknowledge that the appetizer was out super late. Otherwise, it was great.
Service is really dropping over the past 5 years and no improvement during COVID, which I acknowledge is much harder. Food has also been dropping but over decades rather than years. My wife still loves it for the pizza and an appetizer that we now have to order special. That and the historical huge beer selection is what keeps us coming but it's a big letdown from the place we used to love. I hope it turns around after the pandemic.
The hangover burger was my favorite thing on the menu, and the fries were amazing. Incredible service with a smile behind a mask, the waitress was very kind even to the six year old that accompanied us. Fantastic food and fantastic drinks, all in all it was a great experience and I will bw going back several more times.
Last time I was there, I went to the bar to ask the bartender a question as I have done often. A woman who said she was the assistant manager very rudely told me to get away from the bar. Then she went and lied about me and the general manager came and treated me like I was a criminal. I will not be back until the general manager he’s gone. This place used to be really fun but she has ruined it. Moreover, they did not give me my credits toward my second tour. Because of this type of negligence, I would have several more full tours done since I was a member of this program since 2003.
