Menu is very overpriced. Prices are white tablecloth/steakhouse restaurant prices and food is not up to par. Chicken entree was bland and almost $30. The kids hamburger was delicious and the most fairly priced thing on the menu. The ambiance is kind of weird. Wedding venue turned restaurant due to COVID - great thinking - however, the food still tastes like catering food. Our tab was ~$70 for a chicken entree, side salad, kids burger and one cocktail.nOur server was wonderful. I think her name was Rachel. Other than that, staff needs to figure stuff out. Completely conflicting information from staff. We were seated only to be approached several minutes later by another staff member who told us they weren't taking any more tables and that we had to leave.nMy recommendations to owners: get your entire staff on the same page, take more risks with the menu and cut prices a bit so atmosphere and food fits price tag.

We had an awesome breakfast at Roots this morning and I can’t wait to go back! My wife and I tried Traditional Indian dishes and absolutely loved them. I couldn’t decide which meal to choose so I left it up to the chef to decide. I could not have been happier with her choice. She also came out to check and see if I was happy with her choice. It was wonderful to meet her. Our daughter & her husband choose omelets and also thought the food was fantastic. We felt completely comfortable & “social distance “ safe in the outdoor dining garden. The service was extremely friendly and exceptionally professional. I highly recommend Roots to anyone looking for a great meal in a beautiful setting!

Recently my husband and I had a date night at Roots. We had such a great evening. The outdoor setting, socially distanced, with lots of fresh air was a perfect setting as the sun went down and the day cooled off. We enjoyed many different appetizers. The feel of the restaurant is so perfectly Colorado. The food is upscale but not too stuffy with really good flavors. We also came here for a delightful brunch last weekend that was AMAZING. We love ROOTS.

Went for brunch. It was delicious. They make there own sausage it was so good. I hear they make there own sauces as well. Nice patio and indoor social distancing as well. Owners came around and said hello. It was all great, service, atmosphere, food. We will be back. especially since it is 2 blocks from out house.

Wow! What a stunning evening over all fronts...ambiance, service, food.nThank you for your attention to making us feel so safely comfortable and welcome. Our server Katharine was exceptionally kind/friendly as was the owner who stopped by our table to thank us for dining. I just LOVE that personal touch. It makes all the difference. And yes, I love the attention to the food details as well. Fabulous cocktails, salads and salmon entree. The outdoor setting is so private--sparkling with white lights and yes, heaters for cooler evenings. Just what we needed to unwind and dine with our family. Thank you for an extraordinary experience!
