I’m trying to be patient with this place but it’s unfortunately too many times that they’ve been late on critical scripts when I try to give ample time to fill. There are always issues or partially full scripts requiring second trips. Also, they force you to use a phone in the drive through which should be forbidden during covid times. I only post negative reviews when I’ve exhausted all other means and given several chances to redeem. They need a better system and better trained/more staff to handle the population explosion out here.

It takes forever to get an RX filled here. If you need something same day I suggest going anywhere else. Even getting refills can be painful. My insurance changed and I wasn't allowed a 90 refill any more, I was told there'd be a wait to refill for 30 instead - which is understandable. However, after 45 minutes of waiting and the tech not even acknowledging my waiting and refusing to even make eye contact I left. I received a text two days later that my Rx was finally filled, seriously?!

This site should be shut down. It takes more than a day to have a shot at getting a prescription filled, and even their online ordering is a complete and total failure. The worst decision I made was to go from Walgreens to this place. Giving one star is way too generous. Kroger and King Soopers, GET OUT OF THE PHARMACY BUSINESS NOW.

I have the absolute worst experience each and every time I try to refill a prescription. Each time the prescription is delayed and I have issues. This time I am going on almost two weeks to get a prescription filled. I understand there are issues with communication from doctors and insurance sometimes but to have absolutely no follow up with the person who needs this medication to live is completely unacceptable. The answer I just got when I called to follow up is “We’re frustrated too”. That is not an acceptable answer or reason to treat customers or their health with such carelessness and disregard.

Not only is there usually a line, but my meds often are not ready even after I've received notification that they are. I've never had so many problems with a pharmacy. *added months later... If I could give negative stars I would. It takes days to fill a script here. The worst pharmacy experience I've had in over 20 years of being on daily medication.
