Walgreens Pharmacy

These people constantly drop the ball on my prescriptions and I essentially have to do their job for them. I was out of town last month and had to get a prescription refilled. I asked them specifically if it would be a problem to transfer this prescription back and they told me it would be no problem at all. As it turns out that prescription which I need to be able to sleep at night can't be transferred back, it can only be transferred one time. If they had told me that it couldn't be transferred back when I asked them, as is their job, I would've taken the time to get it filled before I left town and we could've avoided this whole mess, but they said specifically that this wouldn't be a problem. This is added to the long list of problems that I've repeatedly had with this pharmacy. Whenever a prescription runs out and needs a doctor sign off to have it refilled, they never contact the doctor, I'm the one who ends up having to call the doctor and facilitate the work of getting the prescription refilled. These people constantly try to refill and sell me old prescriptions that I don't need anymore and they can never take them out of the system for some reason. I asked them to remove the old prescriptions multiple times and they just can't figure out how to do it. After today's issue, I might just have to contact their corporate office to discuss these repeated problems. I'm going to find a different pharmacy.

I rarely go there but the times I have been there it has been super fast and everyone was so nice

Rude staff and don't even bother trying to call the pharmacy you will be put on a forever hold loop until you just give up. No wonder this company is going under.
