Does not deliver packages in their possession.
I’m not typically impressed by the service at any USPS office and this location is no exception. However, I did experience excellent customer service with Robert on Monday morning. As I was preparing to use the machine (cumbersome especially with a toddler but better than waiting in line) Robert offered to process my package on a mobile electronic device and was prompt and kind. Seeing as I called this location to replay that information to a manager but it rang and rang until I was disconnected I would like to leave this rave review for ROBERT specifically here. I hope he will be rewarded for his job well done compared to the average and below average service I typically receive.
Friendly and efficient. I try to avoid lunchtimes but otherwise I can be in and out quickly. Easy parking.
No way to contact an employee of each location, not surprised the USPS is losing taxpayer money.
When here yesterday. I went to the middle counter. Worst experience ever. Never wanna deal with this place again. If you want your time sensitive packages delivered on time ...go else where. Just read these reviews people. They do not care one way or the other. If you have to go here avoid second counter I know im from another country...however I'm far from retarded.this Bernadette person is un real and rude
