I've been going to them ever since I was 16. I'm 23 now & still go to them. If you are tight on money & need any services they will never turn you down. The ladies in the women's department always been the sweetest humans in the world. I can really be open with them without any judgement. However, the people at the front desk needs an attitude adjustment! Your job is to help people & if you got a problem helping people in need, then maybe, I DONT KNOW... GET A NEW JOB!?

I wish I could give negative stars! I have been calling my case worker for over a week and she has yet to return my call. I called the supervisor also to no avail. All I'd like to know is why am I waiting for a child support check to be cleared, when its been over 3 weeks since I received the last one. If I can't talk to a live person, how hard is it to have a call back!?

My husband and I recently met with Brie Goodman at the Travel Clinic. We were very impressed with the detailed preparedness and advise she gave us regarding a rather complicated world trip. It was very reassuring to meet with someone so knowledgable. Her handouts, maps and advice far exceeded our expectation and the cost was so reasonable. Thank you Brie.
