Best gym in town! The Crossfit classes are amazing and the coaches truly know what they are doing. I do not worry about hurting myself like I used to at other gyms, have new PR's for all my lifts! This gym have great equipment, space, and the community is unbeatable. Give them a try you will not be disappointed!
