7-Eleven

This is a brand new location for 7-11 franchisees and these folks have no idea how to encourage repeat business. I implore you to drive the extra few blocks to the 7-11 on metro airport road next to Arby’s off wadsworth 121 and near the entrance to Rocky Mountain airport. The few times I stop here at the Main Street location - they refuse to stock Core water which is a promotional item on the 7-11 app. The staff stays on their cell phones during the entire transaction and does not engage with the customers verbally or otherwise. They are the least classy, most rudely staffed 7-11 I have ever been to. Not interested in keeping coolers stocked. Can’t even be bothered with customer service. I will continue to take my business to the metro airport road location whose owners are cheerful, hires good people, always stock items, and has a full selection of merchandise. Easily out competes their neighbors on Main Street - but sadly that would be easy to do. Look how much the Main Street location respects their image! See photo. GO TO THE WADSWORTH METRO AIRPORT LOCATION instead - the store on Main Street doesn’t deserve your hard-earned money. Yes. That’s a toilet brush.

Both times I've been to this location, there has been nothing hot on the grill. For the many products I anticipate at 7-11 having readily available, (due to their own marketing and product awareness) I feel like this is a considerable error in their business model.

I would like to apologize to 7-11. I intererupted employee Raj from his phone when I was paying for my purchases. I could tell I was a distraction when I told him to have a good day. He shrugged and went back to his phone. I promise it won’t happen again!!!

This place just opened up today and it is the absolute hot spot for people driving by, but mainly for the middle/high school kids. If you go there during the week, don’t be surprised to find 2 or more sutudents there from Jefferson Academy Across the street. The gas prices is a little expensive but nothing to fret about.

Workers don't bother restocking onions at the end of the week. Ask any question and you'll get a blank stare and no answer.
