Horrible gas station to go to. Got treated badly there. Will never go back there again

Automatic carwash is easy to get into even with a large truck. And really nice employees.

The draw here is the car wash. The downfall here is trying to get the car wash discount card purchased or just add money to it. I have given up and just drive a couple of miles west to another location to get the card business taken care of. I use this location because its close. In my dealings with the business the staff is not trained well and the behind the counter equipment doesn't seem to ever be working properly. Over the span of probably three years I have had two people behind the counter that were great and knowledgeable but I have never seen them again. It is always clean inside and the staff is always waiting behind the counter as expected.

I got a prepaid card several months ago - 5 car washes for $45. Today I went for my 3rd car wash. The receipt said I was charged $15 which is the regular price. The cashier was rude and not helpful. At the end he gave me a free wash code and took my card. If the code still works next time I will have 4 car washes when I paid for 5. There is no customer service phone for Top Dog car wash. Bad business.
