I had the luxury of recently working with Alex and his team at Glen Shelly after I had been in the market for the perfect E36 M3 Convertible for almost a year. The experience started with the detail and honesty of his listing for the vehicle I was interested in. They didn't hide any of the expected underlying concerns that come with a 20yr old vehicle, and they took the time to share all of the information they gathered regarding previous ownership, condition, future expectations etc. The ad also promised a luxury buying experience, and a no-pressure dynamic - that was absolutely the case. Alex arranged a showing and test drive at my convenience, we spent almost 2hrs talking about the vehicle, his shop and their methodology, other potential options to consider, and ultimately got the transaction done the same day. Prior to my purchase, Alex and his team spent significant time and investment to ensure the vehicle was in its best possible running condition, and it was immaculately clean.
