My husband and I were looking for a used volvo, and worked with Art throughout most of our search. Art was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful. He helped us find the most affordable options, and he also helped us find what packages we really wanted. Sill-Terhar volvo is a friendly, upfront, trustworthy, and very classy dealership. They have worked with my husbands volvo and our new volvo multiple times, and I have nothing but praise for their work. I have not met a single person at Sill-TerHar that has not been welcoming and knowledgeable. Especially Kieth at the front desk, and Art in sales! My Sales associate, Bill Zimmerer, was attentive and honest. He set expectations and followed through. I feel like he had my best interest at heart. He was expeditious and responsive, even on his day off. I feel we came to an agreement that seemed fair for both parties. I appreciated this experience and would highly recommend this dealership. If I could give a 6 star review I would. It was a difficult repair and took a lot longer than expected but Nick, one of the customer service representatives, made it as convenient as possible. They let me use a courtesy vehicle and help arrange with us to get a rental car for a short time. They really bent over backwards to help and make sure it went as smoothly as possible. The cherry on top was that the extended warranty covered everything!

Art B. Is a wonderful kind sales person, along with Eddie they both guided me very well in the car buying experience. When I am able to buy my VOLVO these are my guys. The dealership is clean and sanitized. The Volvo XC40 is such a beautiful and comfortable high end car. Thank you gentlemen and can’t wait to to be a part of the Volvo family.
