My wife and I recently returned from a Danube River Cruise that was arranged with Dan at Highlands Ranch Travel. He was very knowledgeable and guided us throughout the whole process. Jana Emery booked our Alaska Cruise and Land Tour along with a few days in Vancouver following the cruise. Jana was very knowledgeable regarding the various cruise lines and the ports in Alaska and we were so happy to find that everything she suggested made our trip just that much better! She was able to get us some deals with the cruise line that I couldn't get myself. She is well traveled and kept within our budget and a lot of fun to work with. We'll be booking with her again soon!
Sorry I will not be coming back here. I came in to look into a cruise but the cold welcome and overall lack of interest in trying to book me a cruise was a huge turnoff. I received a call later on as she could not get the info while I was there, but not much of what I requested and was looking for was looked into. I could have done everything she did online.
Our cruise on NCL was so well planned for us. we had 8 in our party and our rooms were next to each other . She suggested a cruise that was more fitting for our ages. Actually. I am using her again for a River cruise!
