We had our wedding reception at the Melting Pot in October. The communication leading up to the event was excellent. The execution by the staff and management on the day of the event was efficient.nAndie C. And Tyler are the dynamite, expert servers who took care of our party, making all of our guests feel comfortable and at home.nI highly recommend this as a venue for any group gathering. It is a unique experience for guests, and their staff knows how to operate on a professional level that impresses.

Always a great time! My wife and I done here for special occasions, and it had been far too long since we dined. But we were quickly reminded why we return here. Andrea was fantastic a the courses were paced perfectly and the attention to detail was nothing short of perfect. Thanks again! Highly recommend.

I have been here many times, but Crystal gave us the best experience! She made my birthday really special! She also really made it fun for our kids as well. There are not many places that make your 15 month old boy feel welcome! Babies can for sure make it challenging. We had so much fun! THANK YOU Crystal!

We had a great experience at The Melting Pot. The service was great. The food was great. The restaurant almost by design promotes separation of dining parties therefore helps keep social distancing a priority. Our server Olivia was excellent and gave us all the attention to make a great dining experience.

Excellent! I've never had fondue before, so I didn't really know what to expect, but it was fantastic. The staff was really friendly and we got really great service. I was there with a large group of my family, eighteen to twenty people, and the servers always made sure we were taken care of. The menu was a little confusing, but they did a pretty good job of explaining.nIt is a little bit expensive, but given the quality of the food, I definitely wouldn't say it was overpriced. The atmosphere and decor were lovely as well.nnOverall, a really great experience and definitely a place to celebrate a special occasion.
