I’m sad to be writing this review. This Walgreens is close to my house and very convenient. I was a regular customer at the pharmacy for nearly 3 years and customer service here had gotten just terrible. The pharmacists here are knowledgeable and helpful if you can talk to them. But the techs are incredibly unhelpful. I’ve had one be super rude to me over the phone answering with just ‘Yeah?’ And keeping me on hold for over 15 minutes only to hang up on me. I switched pharmacies due to ongoing customer service issues and when the new pharmacist called them to transfer my scripts they told him they didn’t have any record of me there it at any Walgreens in the country! Who does that?! I was a faithful customer for nearly 3 years and to make things more difficult for me to go elsewhere just solidified my choice to leave. If u want good service, stay away from this Walgreens
