We have been to a previous thrive location and did not have a good experience. We decided to try another location and we picked the highlands ranch location. Let me just tell you- WE ARE SO GRATEFUL FOR THE HIGHLANDS RANCH LOCATION. They were caring and considerate of our 62 pound American Staffordshire terrier mix. This is the best vet ever!

My poor kitty Mouse had cancer and it was too aggressive to try and treat, he was in so much pain. They were very gentle and understanding and helped me know that he went very peacefully. He was our boy, I miss him so much. I appreciate the way this was handled and would recommend taking your pet here.

Don’t let their low prices fool you- you get more than what you pay for here. Professional, responsive, on-target diagnosis & friendly pet care. I’m 36 years old and I have owned dogs my entire life, and this is literally probably the best that I have ever seen. Our vet was Dr. Schilling, and she took her time and answered all of my questions, in full detail. Brandon was taking care of checking in and reception - this guy deserves a huge thank you... and raise. Incredibly busy, but yet responsive. Great multi-tasker. Our dog Brody is shy and timid, but they had no problem with him. Can’t say enough about this place!!

I’ve been taking my dog here for the past year and a half I’ve only had great experiences! Always friendly and great towards my max. Recently took him and with the new protocols in place i felt safe and they were able to help me with no extra contact. I’m so glad I found this place was anxious after we moved and needed a new vet! Also great pricing compared to other vets in the area!

My cat suddenly had bloody diarrhea and since I used to work in ER vet clinics, he did not have a regular veterinarian in Colorado. Especially with the current pandemic, I know many vets aren't accepting new patients, and many are booked weeks out. I was so happy that Thrive Highlands Ranch was able to fit me in the next day and even with their updated policies due to COVID, the appointment went super smoothly and the staff was so friendly, answered all my questions, and finished his care very quickly! I was worried about my kitty as he's never been in a vet without me, but they took great care of him and told me he was very well behaved :) Also, considering the work/tests I had done on him, it was very affordable. Definitely will return to see Dr. Hand and the Thrive Highlands Ranch staff the next time he needs a check up.
